Job Title: Gas Station / Service Center Manager Salary: $50,000 Yearly Salary Location: Cleveland, Ohio Hours: Full-time, availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Job Description: • Oversee daily operations of the gas station and service center • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed • Supervise, schedule, and train employees to maintain high performance • Monitor sales and profitability, implementing strategies to improve revenue • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and forecourt • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards • Handle basic bookkeeping, including cash handling and transaction records Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail or service management • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience in handling inventory and cash management • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with POS systems a plus • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused • Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule Minutemen Staffing provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
