About the Job
Youtech is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to enhance our team’s digital marketing efforts. This full-time, in-house position requires working from our office Monday to Friday. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to improve keyword rankings and drive organic traffic to our clients’ websites. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing, optimizing, and continually refining SEO efforts to increase visibility and attract more visitors to clients websites.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies and campaign configurations to drive organic growth.
  • Utilize Google and Bing services, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google My Business, and Bing Places, to analyze and optimize SEO performance.
  • Craft and execute both local and long-tail search strategies to enhance visibility and attract targeted traffic.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on search performance and SEO metrics to the project management team and senior management.
  • Develop an innovative link building plan for incoming & recurring clients.
  • Define the requirements, tasks, and resources necessary for successful SEO strategy implementation.
  • Oversee the execution and management of SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Stay current with the latest SEO, search engines, and internet marketing trends to continuously refine and improve strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Computer Science, Business).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for conveying complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Up-to-date understanding of SEO trends and industry best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning.
