We’re currently recruiting for a SEO Manager as part of the growth of our SEO team in Dubai. As a SEO Manager, you'll be involved in leading an SEO team, creating and implementing SEO strategies for the MENA region, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Lead, direct and supervise a team of Sr. SEO Executives, Executives, and/or Jr. Managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure seamless execution of SEO projects and adherence to timelines while prioritizing client satisfaction.
Create and execute SEO strategies from scratch, with a focus on the target audience in the MENA region.
Build and regularly update a roadmap for implementing the SEO strategy by taking into account the client brief, pitch presentation, performance metrics, preferences, and new Google algorithms.
Establish and maintain consistent and effective communication system (i.e, emails, deliverables, reporting) with clients, proactively managing expectations and providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and action items.
Implementing structured and streamlined processes for conducting bi-weekly/monthly client calls.
Create and implement thorough on-page strategies for clients, using data-driven insights to pinpoint areas for growth and identify potential opportunities.
Perform advanced technical audits to diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems, while staying current with the latest advancements and industry best practices.
Develop a comprehensive and bespoke off-page optimization plan that not only demonstrates our unparalleled expertise to the client but also delivers exceptional results, tailored to the unique needs and preferences of the client's business.
Further optimize the customized reporting dashboards created by the analytics team that align with micro-goals and soft metrics to effectively track website performance and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
Challenge the team to consistently perform comprehensive and cutting-edge SEO audits, and develop intricate and advanced SEO strategies to provide unparalleled recommendations that surpass industry standards.
Facilitate the continuous professional development of junior team members through tailored coaching, personalized learning, and opportunities for growth to achieve excellence in the field of SEO.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with other departments to explore opportunities for synergistic optimization beyond the boundaries of traditional SEO.
Take an active role in evaluating potential new SEO pitches, identifying opportunities to expand existing contracts, and uncovering untapped SEO potential within non-SEO client partnerships.
