Your role in our mission

  • Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.
  • Liaise between development and implementation teams to ensure clear communications and expectations.
  • Lead small team that supports accounts during both implementation and production.
  • Tracking and oversight of development deliverables to ensure client/project deadlines are met. 
  • Communicate with the project team leadership; recommend program changes as needed 
  • Manage issues related to Engineering work and escalate as needed
  • Actively project manage across non-direct reports by quickly escalating any risks and implementing risk mitigation solutions

What we're looking for

  • 9+ years of IT experience to include project management, business analysis, application implementation and support, troubleshooting, managing complex projects, programs or initiatives through a full project management life cycle, with 3 or more years of Healthcare experience preferred
  • Knowledge of QNXT/Trizetto or other Claims systems a plus
  • Strong communication and follow up skills. Able to communicate at all levels.
  • Influencer that who can clearly communicate project priorities and motivate direct and indirect networks and stakeholders to action
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
