Job Description

The Senior Global Finance Program/Project Manager is responsible for driving large-scale, multi-year finance transformation initiatives across global business units. This role combines strong program management discipline, Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM expertise, and Six Sigma based process improvement to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of strategic financial modernization programs.

WHAT YOU LL DO:

Lead Global Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM Programs / Program Governance & Structured Execution

Establish and lead program governance, PMO cadence, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and change control.
Build and maintain program plans, integrated schedules, resource models, and financial forecasts.
Ensure disciplined execution using PMI, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
Manage program scope, deliverables, and milestones across Oracle Financials, Procurement, Projects, SCM, EPM, and Reporting.
Act as the primary contact between Finance, IT, Operations, Business Units, and System Integrators.

WHAT YOU LL BRING:

8+ years of Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP), Financial implementation, and upgrade experience. Past experience driving all phases of the project: global design localization configuration integrations data migration testing cutover hypercare.

PMO Leadership (Governance, RAID, scope control, integrated planning)

Structured Execution & Milestone Accountability
Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM Program Execution
Six Sigma / Lean Continuous Improvement / Blackbelt
Financial Transformation Knowledge (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A)
Led Oracle Cloud Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Oracle Cloud applications.
