In this role, you will partner with operational leadership to provide critical financial insights and analysis. You will play a key role in preparing and analyzing financial reports, building financial models, and developing data-driven recommendations to support strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, measure performance, and support informed decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain financial models that forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Prepare clear and concise financial reports and presentations to communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and identify areas for cost savings.
Identify and implement strategies to optimize the performance of client accounts.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required, Master's degree preferred.
4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, public accounting, consulting, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent financial modeling and Excel skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the financial services industry a plus.
