Salary: $112,450 - 203,275 per year Requirements:

• Must possess advanced expertise in utilizing Deltek Cobra EVM tools.
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and over 8 years of relevant experience within the Department of Defense (DOD) as a Prime Contractor.
• Familiarity with IPMR/IPMDAR formats.
• Proven capability in leading variance narrative efforts.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:

• I am responsible for the implementation and execution of EVMS policies and practices.
• In collaboration with the Director of Surveillance, I support internal and external surveillance, audits, and reviews.
• I contribute to the organization’s EVMS talent development, performance management, and business strategy.
• I provide support for operational decisions within programs and give advice on improving the performance of the portfolio of projects.
• My role involves aligning and integrating material management and manufacturing practices with traditional scheduling and EVMS best practices to enhance program management solutions.
• I employ expert domain knowledge and professional principles to develop advanced concepts, techniques, solutions, and standards.
• I support the EVM Team by offering a comprehensive understanding of EVMS, including deliverable content and issue identification/resolution.
• I regularly engage with senior executive leadership regarding matters of strategic significance to the organization or project.
• I negotiate and develop collective solutions to persuade internal and external parties to accept concepts and practices of our area.
• I maintain significant interactions with Program Managers, Contracts, and Senior Technical Personnel, as well as other organizations.
• I may participate in new business proposals, addressing EVMS requirements, schedule support, and contributing input for cost volumes to management.
• This position allows for hybrid remote work based in Huntsville, Alabama.

The ideal candidate will have recognized expertise as an EVM analyst and leader, with a solid grasp of the relationships between various functional areas, enabling successful collaboration with team members, program finance analysts, schedulers, Control Account Managers, Program Managers, and line executives.

This position is part of a larger enterprise-wide Leidos Corporate Earned Value Management Center of Excellence, a team dedicated to executing core responsibilities that encompass scheduling, planning, EVMS, relevant infrastructure and tools, implementations, training, and oversight for Leidos.
