We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer with 10+ years of experience based in Atlanta, GA. Proficient in Teradata SQL, Python, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CloudWatch Insights/Metrics and strong mathematical/statistical skills to analyze critical operational data. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Enterprise Data Services team to transform data into actionable insights, leveraging cloud-based solutions for scalable technology.

Candidate needs to have:

• Highly proficient in Teradata SQL and Excel.
• Proficient in Python.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with CloudWatch Insights/Metrics.
• Strong mathematical and statistical skills.
• Analytical skills to gather, view, and interpret information.
• Numerical skills for data measurement and statistical analysis.
• Technical skills in software and scripting languages to organize and present data.
• Ability to analyze data to solve problems and derive critical insights about customers.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to key stakeholders, including company leadership.

Job Description:

• Utilize Teradata SQL, Node.js, and Python to track, analyze, and report on critical Client operational metrics across various software components within aircraft.
• Play a leading role in the Enterprise Data Services team, responsible for transforming data from disparate systems into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Leverage cloud-based infrastructure to implement scalable, resilient, and efficient technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, DBAs, cross-functional teams, and business leaders.
• Architect, design, implement, and operate data engineering solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Ensure high-quality data is available for applications, machine learning, business analytics, and reporting.
• Lead technical projects and take ownership of end-to-end development in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a liaison with business users, understanding their needs and identifying the best data-driven solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to other Data Engineers and review their work to ensure alignment with business objectives.
