Title: School Social Worker
Shift: Day – 3×11.5 Hours (08:00–15:00)

A School Social Worker is needed to support students within a specialized educational environment. The role consists of approximately 35 hours per week , delivering social–emotional services and supporting students with varied communication and cognitive needs.
ResponsibilitiesProvide social work services to students with diverse emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
Support both verbal and non-verbal students, including those with cognitive impacts.
Conduct assessments and participate in individualized education planning.
Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families.
Maintain appropriate documentation in accordance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed.
Active Illinois Social Worker (IL SW) license.
PEL (Professional Educator License) required.
