We're currently seeking a dedicated School Social Worker ($52-$55 hr) to support our elementary school i n the Carpentersville, IL area for the 2025-2026 school year .

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work.
• Professional Educator's License (PEL) with the social work endorsement.
• FBA/BIP experience needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Role Overview:
As a School Social Worker, you'll provide critical support to students. You'll collaborate with another social worker to address students' social-emotional needs, develop intervention strategies, and support their academic success. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Job Details:

• Dates: ASAP through the SY 25-26
• Hours: 7:30-3:00 daily....7.5 hours (with a 30-min unpaid lunch)
• Setting: Elementary School (K-5th grade)
• Caseload: small and manageable
• In-person only
• Note that there are two other SW's in the building

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group social work services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
