About the Role
We are seeking an experienced **SAP MM/IM/WM Lead** to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a long-standing client on cutting-edge **SAP S/4HANA** implementations. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in **Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and Warehouse Management (WM)** and be knowledgeable about the latest industry trends from both a **business process** and **technological perspective**.
### Key Responsibilities
- Lead **SAP S/4HANA MM, IM, and WM** implementation projects (Bluefield or Brownfield conversions).
- Perform in-depth analysis of **complex business process requirements** and deliver appropriate system solutions.
- Facilitate **workshops** to gather and document business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives, developing necessary system modifications to meet business needs.
- Design, customize, configure, and test **SAP MM and WM modules**.
- Identify gaps, propose workarounds, and troubleshoot **SAP MM/WM-related** issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including:
- **Business Requirement Documents (BRD)**
- **User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents**
- **System Integration Testing (SIT) documents**
- **End User Manuals**
- **Functional Specification Documents**
- **Configuration Documentation**
- Collaborate with business and SAP teams to define **best practices and efficiencies**.
- Ensure seamless integration between **SAP FI/CO, SD, and MM modules**.
- Carry out **system testing** and maintain test scripts.
- Support **3PL (third-party logistics) scenarios** and configure warehouse master data (e.g., **storage types, bins, sections, unit types**).
- Utilize **SAP Activate Methodology** for project execution.
### Required Qualifications & Experience
- **15+ years of experience** in SAP S/4HANA MM, IM, and WM implementations.
- **SAP S/4HANA MM Certification** is required.
- Experience in at least **2-3 large transformation projects** related to **Product and Supply Chain**.
- Strong **functional consulting and system design experience** in SAP MM and WM.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining **multi-tiered SAP S/4HANA environments**.
- Knowledge of **3PL scenarios** and **warehouse master data setup**.
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in **VISIO, MS Project, and MS Office**.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
