SAP GTS Functional Lead

Roles and responsibilities:

As the Business Function Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end.
This includes analyzing processes, designing/re-designing processes, and defining organization structures to ensure alignment with business requirements.
You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Advanced proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services is required.
Develop innovative strategies to optimize the performance of the specific business function Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may arise during the implementation process.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the implemented processes"
