Summary

Sales Manager

Duties

While not all inclusive, the following is a list of job duties:

• Recruit, Hire and Train Sales Staff in all locations
• Conduct routine sales meetings
• Conduct weekly check ins with sales staff
• Measure, track, and analyze sales performance
• Coach sales staff for continued improvement
• Ensure proper showroom coverage by creating and maintaining sales schedule
• Ensure the principles, vision, and direction as created by the store owners of the company is being met
• Work closely with and Report to store owners

Requirements

The Ideal candidate must:

• Have exceptional written and oral communication
• Have exceptional customer service and be customer centered
• Be well organized
• Self directed
• Resolve customer and staff concerns or problems.
• Represent the organization in networking events.
• Evaluate employee performance.
• Have 3 or more years experience supervising employees in a sales management position.
• Be willing and able to travel to all locations weekly.
• Be available to be on site during showroom hours as needed. Position is a 40 hour a week position.
• Have exceptional computer skills and willing to learn our operating system
• Be willing to undergo our training to become a certified sales and design consultant

Nice To Haves

Experience in the flooring or home furnishing industry.
