What You'll Do

Research, track, and update potential leads.
Conduct outbound calls to identify new business opportunities.
Qualify prospects and assess their needs.
Execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
Maintain and organize lead generation databases.
Perform market research and customer analysis.
Assist with client or market surveys to gather valuable insights.
Support the creation of proposals and sales presentations.
Keep management informed with accurate and timely updates.
Develop a deep understanding of products and services to enhance the sales process.

What You Bring

Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Experience with cold calling and high outbound call volume.
Proficiency in researching and managing lead databases.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong project and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in lead generation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent work experience.
Experience in the staffing industry (preferred).
