We build custom saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and cold‑plunge systems for high‑profile residential and commercial clients.

Position Summary:
The Sales Assistant is the operational backbone of our sales team—owning administrative tasks, CRM data integrity, scheduling, and showroom hospitality. This role ensures sales executives can focus on revenue‑generating activities while every client receives five‑star treatment from first call to post‑install follow‑up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: File and track documents digitally and physically.
• CRM Management: Enter leads, update client notes, and run basic reports in HubSpot .
• Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate calendars, client appointments, installations, and vendor visits; send confirmations and reminders.
• Front‑of‑House Service: Greet showroom visitors, answer calls/emails, provide initial product information, and relay complex inquiries to sales staff.
• Showroom Presentation: Maintain a pristine, on‑brand environment (brochure stock, light refreshments, product displays operational).
• Event & Marketing Support: Assist with VIP open houses and email campaigns as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 yrs administrative, concierge, or sales‑support experience—preferably in luxury retail, high‑end hospitality, or real estate offices .
• Exceptional organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Friendly, polished communication style with comfort around affluent clientele.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic office suites (Google Workspace / MS Office).

Physical Requirements:
