Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. is looking for
Registered Nurses (ICU) per diem to work in a hospital setting located in San Diego, CA. For this position we are looking for nurses with at least 1 year of professional experience working in NICU.
Pay-Rate:
$70/hr
Shifts :
12hr; 7a-7:30p
12hr; 7p-7:30a
Job Duties: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a ICU setting.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures as needed.
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and medications, documenting all patient interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and modify individual patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding post-hospital care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the unit by prioritizing patient care and managing resources effectively.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be available a minimum 1 shift / wk. and 1 weekend per month.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Active RN license in the state of California
