Job Summary:
Devcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide highquality patient care in a dayshift setting. The RN will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and ensuring patient safety in compliance with healthcare standards. This position involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient needs across various stages of treatment and recovery.
Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Administer medications treatments and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs symptoms and overall health status identifying and addressing any changes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management treatments and posthospital care.
• Coordinate with doctors therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Implement infection control protocols and ensure a clean safe environment for patients.
• Participate in discharge planning to support patient transitions to home or other care facilities.
• Provide compassionate care emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (or multistate license).
• BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (experience in medicalsurgical acute care or similar settings is preferred).
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
