Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing top talent to onboarding successful candidates. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and passion for building teams that drives business success. Utilizes advanced sourcing & recruiting talent from various platforms including Job boards, networking events etc. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and carries out the recruiting, screening, interviewing  of applicants for all positions in the organization.
• Discusses and coordinates staffing needs with the department managers.
• Oversees the ATS system to ensure it is being utilized to its full potential
• Serves as a customer service representative of the organization when recruiting and interviewing an applicant.  Provides applicant with information about the organization and job opportunities.
• Conducts salary negotiations and the employment offer

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Two or more years experience with full-cycle recruitment required
• Able to learn quickly and work with little supervision
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal & oral communication skills
• Skilled in conflict management and resolution
• Able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Additional languages preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills.
