As a member of the Recruitment Team at OnLogic, you are responsible for the management of sourcing the best possible candidates and matching them to our current and future open positions across our growing company. You are a curious and proactive talent hunter. You’re someone who can communicate effectively with both internal teams and candidates with various levels of experiences.
In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to build and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and hire diverse candidates. Our environment is fast paced and exciting and will challenge you to find creative solutions.
We believe in the power of in-person collaboration and the benefits of a strong workplace community. Therefore, this role requires an onsite presence at our South Burlington, Vermont office. We encourage candidates who are able to relocate or comfortably commute to apply.
The members of our Human Resources team play a vital role in building on the productive, welcoming, and collaborative culture here at OnLogic. This tightly knit team is responsible for all the “People Experience” functions of our company by helping us all stay informed, engaged, and, of course, paid. Benefits
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
