Nexeo is looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Dallas, TX ! Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the client to understand their hiring requirements, company culture, and ideal candidate profiles for open roles.

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates specifically suited to the client’s needs.

• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and compatibility with the client’s requirements.

• Develop and maintain a pool of potential candidates for the client, proactively engaging and keeping candidates warm for future openings.

• Act as the liaison between the client and the candidates, ensuring seamless communication and aligning the staffing process with the client’s expectations.

• Arrange candidate interviews, assessments, and any additional client-specific evaluations.

• Support in offer negotiation, discuss compensation and benefits, and assist with the full onboarding lifecycle to ensure smooth integration into the client’s organization.

• Utilize CRM software and maintain detailed records of candidate communication and real-time updates of their candidacy.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Proven experience in recruiting (ideally within a staffing agency or in-house recruitment) or customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and internal team members. 

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other sourcing tools.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to assess candidate qualifications, think critically, and make informed hiring recommendations based on the client’s requirements.

Pay

$20.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday
