Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various sourcing strategies and tools to build a strong candidate pipeline. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including executive and technical positions.
• Utilize cold calling techniques to reach potential candidates and expand the talent pool.
• Manage campus recruitment initiatives to attract recent graduates.
• Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues as they arise during the recruitment process.

Experience:

• Proven experience in executive recruiting and technical recruiting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar HR software is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability in internal recruiting processes and relationship management.
• Knowledge of employment labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship-building.
• Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay : $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
