Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recruiter for our client in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity to support a leading innovator in 5G and IoT solutions during a high-impact hiring period.

• Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in San Diego, CA or Pacific Time Zone)
• Pay: $50–$60/hr – Based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, technical, and leadership roles
• Partner with hiring managers to execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies
• Screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates across multiple departments
• Utilize ATS (Rippling) and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate tracking and proactive sourcing
• Ensure positive candidate experiences and support nationwide recruitment efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate settings
• Experience filling technical and senior-level roles
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proficiency in ATS platforms (Rippling a plus) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn
• Ability to work independently and align with PST hours
