Salary: $53,800 - $63,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping us build world-class teams by managing assigned requisitions and hiring top talent in under 90 days. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to understand their needs, craft engaging job postings, and identify exceptional candidates through various platforms and tools. From conducting professional and relational HR screens to ensuring a seamless candidate experience, you’ll be the driving force behind every step of the hiring process. You’ll also focus on building strong pipelines of talent, achieving recruiting goals, and fostering meaningful relationships with both candidates and hiring leaders.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 1–3 years of work experience. HR experience would be a plus, but is not required. 
• You are skilled at building relationships and understanding business needs.
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented.
• You are a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Hire all assigned positions within 90 days
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates, hiring leaders, and stakeholders
• Build meaningful relationships with hiring leaders to gain trust and alignment
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that creates bigger fans of Ramsey Solutions
