Details for Jr Recruiter:
-Wednesday-Friday
-$18-$22 DOE
-8am-5pm
Description for Jr Recruiter:
-Conduct phone interviews
-Onboarding processes (drug testing, I9 verification, backgrounds, etc.)
-Communicate with clients (companies and employees)
-Start as a Jr Recruiter, learn our process and graduate into a AWG Recruiter!
Requirements for Jr Recruiter:
-Prior experience in staffing is a plus
-Prior Recruiting experience
-Must have good customer service
