Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Pay: $60,000-$65,000/year

Job Description:

The Recruiter will focus primarily on sourcing, screening, and recruiting technicians for various roles within the company. Using a combination of traditional and modern recruitment methods, you will work closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met and candidates are aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and promote the company’s mission and core values throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations in all recruiting practices.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates, evaluating key qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast and plan for future staffing needs.
  • Review applications from the company website and match candidates to appropriate job openings.
  • Follow up regularly with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and refine strategies.
  • Utilize modern sourcing techniques, tools, and technologies to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and industry events as a brand ambassador.
  • Provide recruitment reports to management to track and measure hiring success.
  • Maintain consistent on-site attendance and availability.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a similar field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based applications.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
