Job Description

The Graduate Programs Recruiter and Success Coordinator is responsible for recruiting graduate students to the University and performing related functions to facilitate their enrollment and persistence specific to the programs of the College of Veterinary Medicine.

Required Qualifications

Associates degree in a health sciences field; *minimum three years experience working in higher education

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in a health sciences field; *admissions and recruiting experience; *familiarity with database software use

Job Duties

• . Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large

• . Participate on university committees
• . Maintain proper security for all University files and information and follow privacy procedures at all times
• . Maintain records and procedures for duties and responsibilities of position
• . Complete required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports necessary for the advancement of University programs, both on campus and at extended campus sites
• . Be knowledgeable about electronic information sources and databases.
• . Assist with coordination of LMU-CVM Graduate Programs including, but not limited to MVCC, MVEd, and MS VBMS.
• . Provide onsite assistance with meetings and special events
• . Perform other duties as assigned.
