Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Record Clerk. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records, performing data entry, scanning, filing, and responding to record requests—all while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and verify data to maintain up-to-date records
Scan, index, and organize documents for easy access
Maintain both digital and physical file organization
Respond promptly to internal and external record requests
Review records to ensure completeness and accuracy
Basic Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of experience in data entry, records management, or a related field
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and typing 40+ wpm
Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Records Management, or a related field
Certification in records management (e.g., CRM, CRR)
Experience with database management software
Familiarity with HIPAA or other relevant regulatory standards
Technical Skills:

Experience with database management software (e.g., SharePoint, FileHold)
Proficiency in document scanning software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of electronic record-keeping systems
Work Environment:
