Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Disposition Assistant to join our remote team. This role involves supporting our dispositions team by managing dispositions, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for real estate or logistics, this is a great opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Disposition Management : Assist disposition team in managing deals
• Lead Coordination : Communicate with leads to provide property details, answer inquiries, and schedule showings or walkthroughs.
• Document Handling : Prepare and organize contracts, agreements, and other required documents for transactions.
• Market Research : Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and identify potential buyers or markets.
• Data Entry : Maintain an up-to-date database of properties, buyers, and transactions.
• Client Support : Provide excellent support and follow-up to clients, resolving any issues or concerns throughout the sales process.
• Collaboration : Work closely with dispositions team, sales managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful deals.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in real estate, sales, or a similar field
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
