We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Disposition Assistant to join our remote team. This role involves supporting our dispositions team by managing dispositions, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Disposition Management : Assist disposition team in managing deals • Lead Coordination : Communicate with leads to provide property details, answer inquiries, and schedule showings or walkthroughs. • Document Handling : Prepare and organize contracts, agreements, and other required documents for transactions. • Market Research : Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and identify potential buyers or markets. • Data Entry : Maintain an up-to-date database of properties, buyers, and transactions. • Client Support : Provide excellent support and follow-up to clients, resolving any issues or concerns throughout the sales process. • Collaboration : Work closely with dispositions team, sales managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful deals. Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. • Experience in real estate, sales, or a similar field • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
