We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities:

• Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
• Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
• Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
• Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
• Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Either already has or is working towards real estate license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Weekend and evening availability
• Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
• 1 year of Administrative support experience, with a demonstrated track record of being detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple requests to completion in high-pressure environments while remaining calm
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
