Your Key Responsibilities:

• Interview and onboard potential candidates
• Build and lead your own team
• Create & manage marketing on social media
• Lead global Zoom training calls
• Analyse ad performance and explore new platforms
• Participate in business training and daily admin
• Use and promote our leadership development programs

What You Bring:

• Experience in coaching, leadership, or marketing
• Great communicator, especially over the phone
• Comfortable with tech and social media
• Visionary mindset with strong self-leadership
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Passion for personal growth and helping others succeed
