Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $60,000-$80,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

You'll be at the forefront of a major transformation within the EveryDollar team, contributing specifically to the onboarding experience—one of the most critical parts of the budgeting app. Your focus will be on shaping how new users are introduced to EveryDollar, ensuring their first interactions are seamless and impactful. You'll work with a dedicated team to improve and reimagine the onboarding journey—an essential part of helping millions begin their path toward financial freedom.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3 years of experience in visual design and 1 year of experience in product design using Figma, working on both desktop and mobile applications, either in an agency or in-house setting.
• You have a highly collaborative skillset with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.
• You have a desire to improve and push boundaries to find solutions for the end user.
• You have a portfolio of compelling, engaging digital solutions and an ability to define what makes them successful.

• Drive bold, user-focused design to transform the EveryDollar app into the best budgeting app on the market
• Ask the right questions, uncover key insights, and turn them into intuitive, high-impact designs.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and creatives to align vision with business goals
• Stay ahead of industry trends
• Bring fresh ideas that elevate the product
• Create designs that not only look great but solve real problems, engage users, and make EveryDollar the go-to app for budgeting
