Practice Overview:
This corporate group advises clients at all stages—from early company formation through late-stage financings, M&A transactions, and public offerings. The practice supports innovation-driven clients in emerging industries such as fintech, digital health, blockchain, proptech, and climate tech.
Role Summary:
The successful candidate will handle:
Venture capital financings (early to late stage)
Mergers and acquisitions
Private and public securities offerings
Corporate governance and strategic counseling
This role offers direct client exposure and a collaborative environment with experienced partners and associates, allowing for substantial responsibility on complex deals.

Qualifications:
2–6 years of corporate transactional experience at a top-tier law firm
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated experience with venture financings, M&A, and capital markets work
Admission to a U.S. bar (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Deal sheet required
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual base salary in the range of $235,000 – $390,000 , depending on experience and credentials
