Primary Care Physician (PCP)

A Primary Care Physician (PCP) is needed in Plant City, FL

Join our esteemed clinic in Plant City, FL, where you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality primary care to the community. Our clinic emphasizes strong patient relationships and comprehensive healthcare, enabling our physicians to deliver exceptional care.

Salary and Benefits:

• Annualized salary of $220,000.00 - $240,000.00
  • Candidates with an ACN License will be on the lower end
  • Bilingual and board-certified candidates will be at the top end of the salary range
• A sign-on bonus of $20,000.00, paid in one lump sum over 2 years
• Differential hourly rate on Saturdays: $550.00 for a half-day (Office open Saturday from 8 AM – 12 PM, with physicians rotating Saturdays)
• Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually

Role and Responsibilities:

• Average of 20 patients per day (23-24 scheduled, accounting for cancellations)
• 15-20 minutes per patient visit
• Focus on patients aged 18 years and up
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Call duty: One week of call per year

Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Residents welcome to apply
• Commitment to delivering high-quality primary care and addressing both medical and social needs
• Ability to lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation
• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
