Job Responsibilities• Conduct patient rounds and manage inpatient care during night shifts
• Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education
• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees
• Active Physician Assistant license in New York State
• NCCPA certification
• 2+ years of experience in hospital medicine or acute care setting
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
• Ability to work night shifts and rotate schedules as needed
