  • Deep experience in product and marketing photography, with a strong understanding of current techniques and trends
  • Expert-level photography skills, with a history of supporting multiple brand aesthetics in a fast-paced, high-volume studio
  • Skilled at turning creative strategy into clear direction and effective execution across a team
  • Strong decision-maker with a track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and self-directed
  • Proven ability to lead the execution of creative concepts while balancing both fiscal and creative accountability
  • Strong photography background with hands-on experience directing production teams in high-volume, multi-brand environment
  • Deep understanding of industry production practices and local Seattle vendor landscape
  • Experience managing and negotiating with freelance crews and external partners
