The ideal candidate works well in fast-paced settings, makes good decisions, handles multiple priorities smoothly, and completes tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
  

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  

• Strong written and verbal communication
  

• Tech-savvy with knowledge in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
  

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  

• Discretion and confidentiality are a must
  

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
