Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist – Hillsboro, OR

$73,666–$95,388 salary + generous benefits + supportive nonprofit team

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinic in Hillsboro, Oregon !

What You’ll Love:

  • Flexible scheduling – choose 30 to 40 hours/week

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 speech and language therapy for kids and teens (ages 0–21).
  • Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
  • Keep documentation up to date (we'll help make it manageable).

What You’ll Need:

  • Oregon SLP license (or ability to obtain).
  • CPR certification.
  • Experience in pediatrics required 
  • A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.
  • Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
