Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of medical terminology, as well as experience in a dental or medical office setting.

Duties

• Greet patients upon arrival and assist them with the check-in process.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately.
• Answer patient inquiries regarding services, procedures, and insurance coverage.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain an organized office environment, including managing supplies and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of patient charts and documentation for medical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and office policies.
• Provide administrative support to the medical team as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a dental office or medical administrative support role is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication with patients and staff.
• Experience working in a medical office environment is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in office software applications is beneficial for maintaining patient records and scheduling.
