As a Beauty Advisor, you will engage customers with your passion for beauty and artistry while promoting our luxurious products. You will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, share your extensive product knowledge, and create a magical experience for every visitor at our store.

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, demonstrating products, and helping them discover their perfect beauty solutions. You will embody the Charlotte Tilbury ethos of 'artistry made easy' and become a trusted advisor in their beauty journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an extraordinary customer service experience by engaging customers and understanding their needs.
• Provide makeup demonstrations and consultations, showcasing the versatility and benefits of our products.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Charlotte Tilbury products, using effective selling techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and brand initiatives to create an informed and dynamic shopping experience.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and ensure the store is always inviting and beautifully presented.
• Contribute to a positive team environment where collaboration and innovation thrive.

Requirements

Previous experience in beauty or cosmetics retail is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to achieve sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for beauty and willingness to share knowledge with customers.
