Core Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings to determine weld sequence and requirements.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain welding stations, equipment, and tools to ensure readiness and longevity.
• Collaborate with peers to complete work efficiently and on schedule.
• Follow and reinforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new welders when needed.

Required Background

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/vocational schooling a plus.
• Proven experience as a welder supported by a strong portfolio.
• Skilled in MIG, TIG, and stick techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Analytical problem-solver who works well independently and in teams.
• Welding certification preferred but not mandatory.
