What You'll Do:
Deliver evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population.
Provide comprehensive mental health services through secure telehealth video or phone sessions.
Conduct intakes, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy (when applicable).
Perform mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and interventions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with federal, state, and company guidelines.
What You Need to Succeed:
Active LICSW or LMHC license in Massachusetts.
At least one year of experience providing psychotherapy using evidence-based treatments.
One year of experience with electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and treatment planning.
Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space for sessions.
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses to expand your reach.
Compensation:
Earn up to $91,000 annually, with base pay dependent on experience and licensure level.
Dual-compensation model available.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
Experience with EMDR or DBT.
Prior experience in telehealth or remote therapy.

Additional Information:
Guaranteed base salary starting at $58,000 annually.
Hybrid productivity-based contractor rates available.
