In this role, you will:

Provide direct clinical services, including individual and group therapy, medication management support, and crisis intervention.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
Assist clients with accessing essential resources, such as housing, healthcare, and employment.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peer specialists.
Advocate for clients' rights and ensure access to quality care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

To be successful, you will need:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals with mental illness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
