HealingUS Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health and Substance Abuse Therapist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy and support to individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders.
As a therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards.
- Providing support and resources to clients and their families.
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Current licensure in the state as an LPC, MSW, LSW, or LCSW.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
