Pay Range: $55,000 to $60,000/year
Overview:
An established, nationally recognized healthcare system with hospitals across Florida is seeking an experienced Medical Technologist to support high-complexity diagnostic testing in a fast-paced acute care environment. Key Responsibilities:
Perform and validate laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank.
Maintain strict accuracy and quality assurance in reporting results.
Calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
Communicate findings effectively with clinicians to support patient care decisions.
Comply with all hospital, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Active Florida Medical Technologist License (required).
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital laboratory experience.
No employment gaps greater than 1 year.
