Job Description
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to join their team. As a Medical Billing Specialist, you will be part of the Revenue Cycle Management department supporting the billing and accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Livermore, CA
**Pay Range: $25/hr**
**What's the Job?**
+ Handle inbound calls related to billing statement inquiries
+ Follow up on outstanding patient balances
+ Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
+ Resolve unpaid accounts efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards
+ Support the revenue cycle management team with billing-related tasks
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong medical billing and insurance knowledge
+ Experience with customer service in a healthcare setting
+ Ability to interpret EOBs accurately
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
+ Pre-screening candidates for required skills and interview preparedness
