Responsibilities
Plan and oversee execution of paid social media plan; is responsible for results analysis
Play a lead role in strategy development across primary social partners - maintaining proven relationships and bringing new ideas to the table
Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social and native advertising campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets, budget management, and reporting
Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
Analyzing and reporting data on a daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly & ad-hoc basis
Qualifications
1-3 years of hands-on-keyboard paid social experience in Meta, Snapchat, X and LinkedIn are required
Background knowledge of major and emerging social channels, and a true passion for the social media marketing space.
Strong familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms
Demonstrable experience working on enterprise level paid social media accounts with large budgets
Process-oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time - time management skills are critical
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly; keen eye for detail also required
Collaborative team player, able to integrate with a diverse, talented team
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Compensation Range: $59,850-$90,620. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
