Hiring! Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed in Elk Grove, California

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality mental health support from the comfort of your own home.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
Utilize evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, EFT, Gottman Method) in telehealth sessions.
Conduct psychosocial assessments and ongoing evaluations remotely.
Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations in all virtual communications.
Collaborate with a remote team of clinicians and participate in online case consultations.
Utilize secure telehealth platforms and technology effectively.

Requirements

Active LMFT license in the state of California
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
Strong technical skills and comfort with virtual therapy platforms.
Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
