We are currently hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. As a leader in the field marketing and brand outreach space, we collaborate with well-known national brands to increase visibility, generate new customers, and drive long-term loyalty through live, face-to-face campaigns. No prior marketing experience is required — we provide full training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing live marketing campaigns and promotions

• Represent client brands at retail locations, trade shows, community events, and pop-up activations

• Engage with customers to share product knowledge and brand messaging

• Set up and maintain displays, signage, and branded materials at event sites

• Collect customer insights and feedback to help improve outreach strategies

• Work closely with team members to achieve campaign performance goals

• Learn and apply key marketing and communication techniques in the field

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, outgoing personality with a professional appearance

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, people-facing role

• Ability to work on-site and travel locally to event locations

• Organized with good time management and multitasking abilities

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus (not required)

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
