Maintenance Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of industrial equipment, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools
• Inspect machinery to identify potential issues or areas that require adjustment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, identifying solutions to keep machines running smoothly
• Fabricate and install new equipment as required
• Collaborate with production team to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production schedules
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, wiring, and transformers
• Experience in machine assembly and installation
• Expertise in troubleshooting and machine repair
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to fabricate sheet metal
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
