**Job Title: Mail and Print Facility Supervisor**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to oversee the daily operations of a small mail and print facility. The ideal candidate has experience managing a small operation, possesses strong organizational skills, and is eager to learn while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with team assistance available for heavier packages.

- Oversee daily mail and print facility operations
- Ensure timely processing and distribution of mail and print materials
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience managing a small operation preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must successfully pass a background and drug screening
